The Dynamics of Brownfield Redevelopment

Abstract: Negligence of former industrial sites (-brownfields‖) has adversely impacted urban landscapes throughout the industrialized world. Brownfield redevelopment has recently emerged as a sustainable land use strategy and impetus for urban revitalization.
