Abstract:The vaginal microbiota undergoes subtle changes during pregnancy, which may affect different pregnancy responses. This study used the Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing method to analyze the 16S rRNA gene amplicons of pregnant women and the vaginal microbiota structure of pregnant women at different pregnancy periods.
