Abstract:Background and purpose
The neuromuscular defects in the distal 2-3cm of the rectal pouch has be confirmed in many histopathological studies. This study aimed to evaluate the factors associated with constipation and the efficacy of the distal 3cm resection in males with high-and intermediate anorectal malformation (ARM).
