Our nding is contradictory across different studies, some Tanzanian studies report that those who were formally employed were more likely to disclose their HIV sero-status to sexual partners [33]. In our estimation, there was a predominance of women with jobs with maximum wage, this is due to the fact that the men with high-end jobs on a reported scale generally do not seek public health services, when they become ill they seek for emergency services, such as pharmacy and emergency room, while women, regardless of their social level, level of education or job position they occupy, generally seek public services, mainly in health services.…”
