Abstract: Background Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is a frequent and disabling disease, but can be difficult to diagnose. Due to limited sensitivity of non-invasive evaluation of left ventricular (LV) diastolic dysfunction, invasive measurement may be warranted.
