The diagnostic utility of nanopore targeted sequencing in suspected endophthalmitis

Abstract: Purpose This paper aimed to assess the diagnostic utility of a newly developed gene-based technology-nanopore targeted sequencing (NTS) in suspected endophthalmitis patients.
