The diagnostic dilemma of NMOSD/anti-MOG Antibody and Pseudotumor cerebri co-existence in a patient with recent COVID-19 infection.

Abstract: SARS-CoV-2 infection may present with numerous neurological manifestations. We report the case of a young obese lady, recently discharged after treatment for COVID-19 infection, who later presented with headache and blurred vision, diagnosed to have pseudotumor cerebri and concurrent bilateral optic neuritis.
