Abstract: Prenatal sonographt is an useful modality in evaluation of fetal gastrointestinal abnormalities. The sonographic appearance of a healthy fetus's gastrointestinal tract is variable and there are considerable similarities between the normal and abnormal gastrointestinal findings.
