The primary objective of this study was to examine a holistic learning approach that promotes the development of noble character values (akhlak karimah) in madrasah. The study employed a qualitative methodology, specifically utilizing phenomenological research and a descriptive method. Data collection involved interviews, observations, and examination of relevant documents. The participants in this research were Madrasah teachers responsible for teaching various subjects at the ibdtida'iyah, tsanawiyah, and aliyah levels in Lombok. The findings revealed the development of a learning model that integrates all aspects of education to foster the exploration of akhlak karimah values, which are defined as objectives in the affective domain. These values were identified based on the students' needs and were subsequently incorporated into the curriculum through student-centered integrated learning. The implementation of the proposed model follows a similar pattern and concludes with a dedication to this approach.

The issue of the concept of "Nur Muhammad" in the general perspective still cannot resolve the nature of beings and life. This research is intended to explore the controversy surrounding the concept of "Nur Muhammad", focusing particularly on the manuscript Hikayat Nur Muhammad but also considering other Malay manuscripts to explore how "Nur Muhammad" was understood. In the context of Islamic philosophy, the concept of tajalliy (emanation) holds that everything in the universe, including human beings, originate from the "Nur Muhammad", the Almighty, viewed as the source of all light. Disagreement over the process through which the universe and its contents were created, including human beings, has created conflict between the Ahlu Wachdatil-Wujūd (Syaikh Hamzah Fansuri, Syaikh Syamsuddin As-Samatrani, and their followers) and the Ahlu Wachdatisy-Syuhūd (Syaikh Nuruddin Ar-Raniry and his followers). This research has found that the Ahlu Wachdatil-Wujūd have held that the process through which "Nur Muhammad" spread from ta`ayyun tsāniy (second reality) or a`yān tsābitah (fixed reality) to a`yān khārijiyyah (reality outside Dzāt, Wujūd, and His essence) was not a process of creation, but rather one of radiance or tajalliy. Meanwhile, the Ahlu Wachdatil-Syuhūd held that "Nur Muhammad" was not a radiance or tajalliy of light, but the bestowing of full power or faidhun, such that the light remained strong even as the beings granted power became increasingly distant.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the human resource development model of sharia companies based on Islamic religious education for marketers, as well as the implementation of sharia company HR development models based on Islamic religious education for marketers at PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Jakarta. This study used qualitative research methods. Researchers chose to collect data by describing what the researchers encountered in the field. The data collection procedure used by the researcher in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. The results are HR development program at PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Jakarta, namely with two types, first, sharia training which is carried out every month and second, training for marketers is carried out with four levels of training, namely: fast start, basic training, intermediate training, and leader advance training. The new concept of sharia marketer education is not only a marketing competency that is considered, but also built and developed in aspects of Islamic religious education, namely monotheism and morals as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. The implementation of the HR development model for sharia companies based on Islamic religious education for marketers at PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Jakarta is to make marketers more sincere, love customers (love customers), do not market by cheating, and feel that they are mujahid da'wah, and build mental awareness by soul marketing. After the marketing soul becomes the basis of the mindset of a marketer, the soul will become the basis of the company's movement and become the core of the implementation of the marketing strategy that will be carried out. If it has been implemented on an ongoing basis, then the concept of soul marketing can become a marketing morale for marketers. And this is the essence of Islamic religious education itself.
