Abstract: The Development of Stress-resistant Stock of Spring Bread Wheat by in Vitro Cell Selection Изучено влияние различных концентраций хлорида натрия на процессы индукции каллуса и регенерации растений в культуре незрелых зародышей пяти сортов мягкой яровой пшеницы. Отбор клеточных линий in vitro, пролиферирующих на солевой среде и сохраняющих регенерационные способности, следует проводить при концентрации хлорида натрия до 1,2-1,3 %.

Установлено, что при достаточно длительном закаливании эксплантов в течение 12 и 16-ти суток при всех режимах промораживания (варианты опыта: 3,4, 7,8,11,12,15,16,19,20) зародыши темнели и не прорастали, поэтому эти варианты не приведены в таблицах и на рисунках (для сокращения их объема). Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о целесообразности использования при селекции in vitro меньших экспозиций закаливания (от 4 до 8 суток).…”
