Abstract:In this study, a duplex probe based reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) assay was utilized to simultaneously detect cycas necrotic stunt virus (CNSV) and lychnis mottle virus (LycMoV) in Paeonia lactiflora collected from various locations in South Korea.
