The Determination of the Heat Release Rate on Cotton Smoldering Fire and Polyurethane Fire

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces several common models of the heat release rate. The heat release rate of cotton smoldering fire SH2 and polyurethane plastic fire SH3 in the standard GB4715-2005 are determined according to the related data, and the result not only guide the way to study on the fire but provide the basis for setting fire reasonably in the numerical simulation.
