The design and rationale of the primary angioplasty registry of Kerala

Abstract: BackgroundST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) continues to be a major cause of cardiovascular mortality in Kerala, India. Timely primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is the recommended reperfusion strategy for STEMI.
