The non-local decomposition of the transport noise formerly introduced by the author is performed for a quasineutral semiconductor. The Hill-van Vliet formula for the current noise is rederived, the Nyquist formula for the thermal noise is found to be approximately valid in the stationary regime, and the coupling noise is found to be negligible because of the statistical reversibility. The noise effects of the Coulomb and delta correlations are comparable, but opposite, in the most interesting cases.Die nichtlokale Zerlegung des Transportrauschens wird auf einen quasineutralen Halbleiter angewendet. Dabei findet man, daO die Nyquistformel fur das thermische Rauschen niiherungsweise gultig bleibt, wahrend das Kopplungsrauschen, das mit den Korrelationen zwischen Konzentrationen und Geschwindigkeiten verbunden ist, wegen der statistischen Irreversibilitlt praktisch verschwindet. Fur das ambipolare Stromrauschen findet man die Hill-van Vliet-Formel. Trotz der Quasineutralitat sind im allgemeinen die Beitrage der Coulombschen Korrelationen und der Delta-Korrelationen von derselben GroBenordnung, aber von entgegengesetztem Vorzeichen.
