Abstract:The proposed randomized clinical trial design by Stankiewicz Karita et al 1 addresses the important question of whether the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine Gardasil-9 reduces recurrence of anal and vulvar high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSIL).
