The rapid development of information and communication technologies had a positive impact on the government to provide better and efficient services to the community. Despite some criticisms of electronic government services (e-gov), its utilization has continued to improve. The citizens need to be placed as customers at the center of the development and provision of public services. User satisfaction may indeed have the decisive influence in adopting and using egov services. This research modifies unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model to improve user satisfaction and provide a solution for governments and to rethink the strategy for presenting a better model. A quantitative study has been conducted to describe the model and formulate sufficient indicators to measure user satisfaction. Furthermore, the measurement model was tested using the data from the questionnaire. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied to discover the goodness of fit underlying models and indicators. Based on the results, we find that privacy and performance expectancy showed positive performance effects on the intention to use e-gov services. Finally, the results of this study are also expected to be an input for stakeholders for the development of egov in the future.

Most industries have begun adapting mobile technology in their daily work included health domain. A group of clinical toxinology experts intend to adopt the mobile technology to provide the consultation services remotely. Current practice of the consultation service is using the communication application available in market which has limitation and not suitable in their context. Thus, a specific newly design mobile application should be developed for their case. To generate mobile applications and services that meet the user's expectations, the development of applications that emphasize user experience (UX) factor needs to be implemented. UX factors are heavily depending on the different user, system, context and temporal factors. There is lack of research of UX factors in the mobile health domain especially in the remote envenomation consultation mobile application. Therefore, the purpose and scope of this research is to identify UX factors from the perspective of system components for this type of mobile application. This paper gathered the UX definition, UX factor and UX model from the previous researches. The UX factors finding process included literature review and discussion with the clinical toxinology experts. UX factors have been identified and matched with the remote consultation mobile application context. At the end, we have derived a UX model for the remote envenomation consultation mobile application case. The UX model included four product features and seven UX factor. Product features involved information quality, user interface design, functionality and data visualisation. Whereas seven UX factor involved usefulness, effectiveness, efficiency, ease of use, aesthetic, trustworthy and stimulation. The presented UX Model contained specific factor for remote envenomation consultation mobile application. It can be a reference to develop a mobile application to meet the context and user expectation for the remote consultation case. Abstract. Public transport adoption is still major problem in Indonesia. Integrating impression and emotion to service may change the image of public transport, leading to fast adoption rate. As product development technique, Kansei Engineering is well known to facilitate that integration. This paper communicates the implementation of Kansei Engineering (KE) in designing train passenger seat in Indonesia. The train between BandungSolo (8 hours journey) was chosen to be the investigated object. The train was selected to be refurbished by introducing a new passenger seat design, emphasizing on the improvement of passenger experience. As the first step of KE type I technique, travel experience of the existing passengers were taken into the consideration for selecting Kansei words. It was found that the relevant Kansei words to design passenger train seat in Indonesia were: comfort, people-friendly, multifunction, safe, soft, spacious, relaxing, superior, maintainable, strong, producible, minimalist, attractive, modern, unique, and durable. Upon understanding the semantic meaning of those words, physical properties and technical specification were produced by consulting to the related members. Finally, a passenger seat with synthetic leather cover, modular design, foldable table, individual power point, bluesilver color, and adjusted to Indonesian's anthropometry data was proposed as the final design
