Abstract:Amorphous metal fiber exhibits high corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical properties and is good material for reinforcing concrete matrix. To compare with the corrosion behaviour of amorphous metal fiber and stainless steel fiber, the corrosion resistance was investigated by electrochemical polarization in 0.5 M H2SO4, 0.1 M FeCl3 and 3.5 wt% NaCl solutions, respectively.
