The Correlation between Placental Weight and Foetal Outcome in a Tertiary Health Facility in Southern Nigeria

Abstract: Background: Placenta is a vital feto-maternal organ for promoting pregnancy, foetal growth and development. Placenta varies in weight, size, thickness, form and consistency.
