The Correlation Between Burnout and Psychological Well-Being in Coffee Shop Baristas Affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the correlation between burnout and psychological well-being in coffee shops baristas affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. A descriptive quantitative and correlational approach was used.
