The Convergent Relationship of Fatigue, CPR-related Stress and Job Satisfaction Long-term Care Hospital Nurses

Abstract: This study was conducted to understand Fatigue and CPR-related stress level anddob Job satisfaction of long-term Care Hospital nurses. The participants were 220 Care Hospital nurses in Gwang Ju and Chonnam region. Data were collected from November 17 to 30, 2014. and analyzed with SPSS 20.0 version program .
