Abstract:In this work, we study the entanglement dynamics of the damped JaynesCummings model with the transient eects modeled as the linear sweep of the coupling coecient between the atom and the eld. We show that the decoherence of the entanglement can be controlled by the transient eects under the inuence of damping. These eects can accelerate and can decelerate the decoherence of the entanglement during the time-evolution of the system, by adjusting the frequency of the Rabi oscillations.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
