Abstract

This paper examines the landscape of continuing education for university librarians in Hebei Province, emphasizing best practices and challenges encountered in the process. Within the context of rapidly evolving academic and technological landscapes, continuing education stands as a cornerstone for librarians' growth and proficiency.
