Two outcome measures were measured once at the beginning and once at the end of treatment (last or second-last day of stay in the clinic): the ICD-10 Symptom Rating (ISR; Tritt et al, 2013) and the 21-item Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21; Lovibond & Lovibond, 1995), which we refer to as the "standard outcomes."
