The Construction of Management Domain Ontology

Abstract

Abstract. Based on the comparison between management thesaurus and management domain ontology, this article proves the necessities and practicalities of ontology-based management knowledge organization, and the significance of ontological approaches, which should be adopted to management information organization. In addition, it also summarizes the basic situations of management domain ontology, and designs the principles and procedures of management domain ontology establishing, based on which a management domain ontology is established.
