The Constrains and Challenges of Beekeeping in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, Kurdistan Region, Iraq

Abstract: This study was conducted in Sulaymaniyah Governorate aiming to determine the major constrains of beekeeping in this area. Locally produced Honeybee products are highly valued in Kurdistan region. Availability of adequate natural resources and climate are major factors in prompting Apiculture industry in this area.
