Based on the results of the survey, it can be concluded that the number of such people in Poland has been declining since 2015, although it should be noted that the survey only records people who have been provided with support and shelter in dedicated facilities; therefore, the difficulty of collecting the data should be taken into account and its approximate nature should be borne in mind (Dębski, 2007; Piechowicz, 2012).
