The algorithm of determination of self-sufficiency is based on the calculation of the ratio on the basis of own per capita production data for each food group without taking into account production consumption and losses to a rational norm of food consumption that meets modern requirements of a healthy diet (Pershukevich, 2019;Peng, Berry, 2018).
