<p align="left"><strong>Abstrak </strong></p><p>Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum maksimalnya pelaksanaan program <em>tahfidz</em> al-Qur’an di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 3 Solok, seperti kurangnya pelaksanaan <em>muroja’ah</em> sehingga peserta didik mudah lupa dengan hafalannya, lemahnya kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an, terbatasnya waktu menghafal, adanya faktor internal (seperti rasa malas), dan adanya faktor eksternal (seperti cara guru <em>tahfidz </em>dalam memberikan bimbingan) yang turut berpengaruh terhadap hafalan peserta didik. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pelaksanaan program <em>tahfidz</em> al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan data kualitatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa <em>Pertama</em>, perencanaan program tahfidz al-Qur’an di MTsN 3 Solok diawali dengat rapat untuk menentukan tujuan program <em>tahfidz</em>, target hafalan peserta didik yaitu <em>One Day One Aya</em>t, pelaksanaannya setiap pagi Selasa sampai Sabtu, 20 menit sebelum jam pertama. <em>Kedua</em>, pengorganisasian program <em>tahfidz </em>al-Qur’an dilakukan dengan menunjuk koordinator <em>tahfidz </em>dan peserta didik dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok dalam satu kelas. <em>Ketiga</em>, pelaksanaan program <em>tahfidz</em> yaitu penyetoran hafalan, peserta didik maju satu persatu untuk menyetorkan hafalannya. Selanjutnya, pelaksanaan <em>tahsin</em> dan <em>muroja’ah.</em> <em>Keempat</em>, pengawasan dilakukan dengan evaluasi harian dan evaluasi mingguan. <strong></strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p align="left"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><em>This research was motivated by the lack of optimal program implementationtahfidz Al-Qur'an at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 3 Solok, such as lack of implementationcereal'ah so that students easily forget their memorization, weak ability to read the Koran, limited time to memorize, internal factors (such as feeling lazy), and external factors (such as the teacher's way oftahfidzin providing guidance) which also influences students' memorization. So, this research aims to determine the implementation of the programtahfidz Al-Qur'an using descriptive research methods and qualitative data. This research data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show thatFirst, planning for the tahfidz al-Qur'an program at MTsN 3 Solok begins with a meeting to determine the program objectivestahfidz, students' memorization targets, namely One Day One Ayat, it takes place every morning from Tuesday to Saturday, 20 minutes before first hour.Second, organizing the programtahfidzAl-Qur'an is carried out by appointing a coordinatortahfidzand students are divided into three groups in one class.Third, program implementationtahfidz namely depositing memorization, students come forward one by one to deposit their memorization. Next, implementationtahsin andcereal'ah Fourth, supervision is carried out with daily evaluations and weekly evaluations.</em>
