The complications after lung transplantation

Abstract: Transplantace plic (LuTx) je významným léčebným postu pem pro vybranou skupinu pacientů v terminálním stadiu řady plicních onemocnění, který jim může přinášet vý razné zlepšení kvality života a dlouhodobé přežití. Od prv ních úspěšných LuTx v 80. letech 20. století dochází ke stá lému každoročnímu zvyšování počtu LuTx, který v roce 2012 přesáhl již číslo 3 700 ročně [1].
