This research is focused on outlining experiences in rural human resource management through the introduction of a new professional farmer training process. The aim is to provide insights and references for developing countries in implementing farmer training and improving their human resource structure. The research methodology explores the literature combined with an inductive approach to describe and analyse experiences and lessons learned during training programmes to strengthen human resource capacity in the agricultural sector. The results of this study emphasise the importance of new professional farmer training in rural human resource management, with the Indonesian government prioritising the entire training process. The Indonesian government has taken strategic steps in farmer training, which include identifying appropriate training targets, selecting influential investment entities, developing practical training models, and designing supportive policies. These initiatives have significantly improved the quality and structure of rural human resources. The uniqueness of this research lies in its selection of topics that are less widely covered in the literature, especially regarding the training process and the new professional farmer model. This research is also important in enhancing the skills of rural individuals, increasing farmers' income, strengthening the role of agriculture, and supporting economic growth in rural areas. Furthermore, this research makes a significant contribution to the literature by enriching the theory of human capital investment in rural areas.

The research focused on students' perceptions of teaching techniques in English speaking skills at vocational high school in Kebumen. The method employed in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The instrument used comprises 8 statement items crafted from the aspect of perception. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical tests complemented by frequency distribution analysis. The sample for this research consisted of 86 students from grades XI at vocational school in Kebumen. The results showed varying perspectives among the students: Around 60.1% of students expressed positive views regarding the usefulness of diverse techniques employed in speaking practices, such as dialogues and role plays. Approximately 41.1% perceived teaching tools, including audio and visual aids, as supportive in comprehending speaking materials. Roughly 54.1% of students believed that the methods used, particularly those involving concrete examples and relevant exercises, facilitated their understanding of speaking materials. Concerning constructive feedback, 67.3% of students acknowledged its role in improving their speaking skills. Around 50.2% of the respondents supported the idea that the chosen teaching materials effectively assisted in their comprehension. This research aims to understand the role and impact of implementing strategic plans in improving the quality of education at Alauddin State Islamic University, Makassar. The research method used in this research involves a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, with data reduction, presentation and verification processes. The validity of the data was verified through data triangulation techniques, ensuring the consistency and validity of the research results. The results of the research show that the implementation of strategic plans at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, Alauddin State Islamic University, Makassar, has a positive impact on improving the quality of educational institutions. The steps taken, such as SWOT analysis, operational policy updates, and collaboration between leadership and staff, contribute significantly to improving the quality of education. Alignment between strategic plans, institutional goals, and objectives and implementing standard operating procedures (SOP) encourages achieving effective and efficient work results. The implications of this research show the importance of implementing strategic plans in the management of educational institutions to improve the quality of education and provide better services to stakeholders.
