Abstract:An observation from practice is given – a staged surgical treatment of a patient with widespread destructive pulmonary tuberculosis with preXDR MBT against the background of severe bullous lung dystrophy after prolonged exogenous exposure to fine particles of coal dust in the anamnesis.
