The complete nucleotide sequence of hydrangea ringspot virus

Abstract: The complete nucleotide sequence of the genome of the potexvirus, hydrangea ringspot virus, has been determined. The sequence is 6,185 nt in length, excluding the poly (A) tail, and contains six ORFs coding for proteins of 156, 26, 12, 8, 24, and 16 kDa, respectively.
