The complete mitochondrial genome of the Cyclemys fusca (Chelonia: Geoemydidae)

Abstract: The complete mitochondrial genome (mitogenome) of Cyclemys fusca was obtained and characterized in this study. The circular molecule is 16,491 bp in length and contained 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), two ribosomal RNA (rRNA) genes, 22 transfer RNA (tRNA) genes, and one non-coding region (control region).
