THE COMPETENCY-BASED TRAINING & ASSESSMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT OF TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND CHANGES IN PEDAGOGICAL BEHAVIOR

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the improvement of technical competencies and changes in pedagogical behavior on competency-based training and assessment.
