Abstract:Nutrient metabolism in the liver is greatly influenced by essential metal contents such as iron (Fe), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), and manganese (Mn), which serve as enzyme cofactors. The liver of cattle and goats is beneficial for the metabolism of consumers' bodies since they are widely consumed by the public.
