Abstract:In this study, it was aimed to investigate the biofilm formation, antibiotic resistance profiles, the genes which play roles for biofilm and antibiotic resistances of 48 Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates isolated from different clinical samples. The identifications of the P.aeruginosa isolates were confirmed with PCR. The antibiotic resistances against 8 antibiotics were determined by Kirby-Bauer Disc Diffusion method.
