Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in the elderly is a health problem worldwide. Several clinical trials indicated that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) exercise therapies can effectively improve MCI, such as Tai Ji, Baduan jin exercise, Liuzi jue, and finger exercise.
