Abstract:Background and aim: Skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM) is a fatal type of skin cancer that arises from the malignant conversion of melanocytes. Different melanoma patients show various immunotherapy responses, which may involve many immunotherapy-related genes in T cells (IRTGs).
