Abstract: Background: Noninvasive prenatal testing (NIPT) has been widely adopted in prenatal examination for fetal chromosomal aneuploidy. The present study aimed to evaluate the clinical features of NIPT for both common trisomy and sex chromosome aneuploidy (SCA).
