Abstract: 46 Background: Genetic susceptibility to colorectal cancer (CRC) include well-defined hereditary syndromes such as Lynch Syndrome, Familial Adenomatous Polyposis syndrome (FAP), MUTYH-Associated Polyposis syndrome (MAP) and other less common syndromes.
