Abstract: As an internal time keeping mechanism, circadian rhythm plays crucial role in maintaining homeostasis when in response to nutrition change, meanwhile, branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in skeletal muscle play an important role in preserving energy homeostasis during fasting.
