The Chern‐Simons Current in Systems of DNA‐RNA Transcriptions

Abstract: A Chern-Simons current, coming from ghost and anti-ghost fields of supersymmetry theory, can be used to define a spectrum of gene expression in new time series data where a spinor field, as alternative representation of a gene, is adopted instead of using the standard alphabet sequence of bases A, T, C, G, U . After a general discussion on the use of supersymmetry in biological systems, we give examples of the use of supersymmetry for living organism, discuss the codon and anti-codon ghost fields and develop a… Show more

“…The derivation of the Chern-Simons current can be done by a simple algorithm [30], i.e., the Chern-Simons current maps the string of genetic code into numerical values by explicit formulas. It can be used to plot the time series data directly into the superspace of gene expression.…”

“…Let the projection π : P Xt → X t be the canonical projection with p ∈ π −1 (x 0 ), P Xt , a principal bundle. Let A µ be a connection with underlying equivalent class of gauge field in genetic code [A µ ] (see [20] for definition of genetic code as connection in detail) on covering space P Xt , then the parallel transport along co-cycle β Aµ maps the fiber bundle π −1 (x 0 ) → π −1 (x 0 ). Because group action G is a trivialization on principal fiber bundle, so there exists g Aµ ∈ G such that co-cycle of particle-like wave function of quantum biological observable over gauge field (connection or gauge potential of genetic code [A µ ]) is the holonomy of connection A µ , µ = 1, 2, 3 represented, for folding type of fibers, in beta sheet, alpha helix and loop region of secondary structure of protein folding according to the Axioms of Atiyah for biology.…”

“…This expression is the so called normalized Witten invariant W G,κ (X) of 2 frames in which the state of geneon is defined by the Jones polynomial with the knotted property of the skein relation in fusion rule, closed, oriented 3manifold X with link κ where W G,κ (X) = [35]. In a previous work [20], we used this representation for 64 states in codon explicitly as partition function of 20 amino-acids over the genetic code in 4 dimensional manifold of living cell.…”

“…In the present time, physicists [1,2] are interested in applying a gravitational current field-so-called Chern-Simons current [3,4] -to understand the adaptive behavior of immuno systems with docking state between the host cell, CD4 protein, and the viral HIV V3 loop in gp120 protein. The scientists from various fields are trying to find an equation for encoding HIV viral…”
