The Charlson age comorbidity index to predict prognosis in patients with resected pancreatic cancer.

Abstract: 495 Background: The Charlson age comorbidity index (CACI) is a useful measure of comorbidity to standardize the evaluation of surgical patients and has been reported to predict postoperative mortality in various cancers.
