Abstract:This work examines the cellular reaction in glomeruli of rats with an acute form of anti-glomerular basement membrane (GBM) nephritis. After intravenous injection of rabbit-derived anti-GBM serum, heterologous and, later, autologous IgG fixed to the glomerular capillary loops.
