Abstract:Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a debilitating disease that affects millions. There is no known cure for the disease and neither is the cause of the disease known. Recent studies have indicated that it is a multi-factorial disease with several genes involved. Importantly, sunlight and vitamin D have been implicated in the progression of the disease.
