Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to identify mechanisms by which a negative epigenetic generational psycho-sequela that is debilitating to formerly oppressed communities can be overcome to facilitate collaboration and therefore rule of law and in turn capitalism, democracy and improved standard of living.
