“…Butantan Institute received the certificate of current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) from the Brazilian Regulatory Agency (ANVISA) and delivered the first lot of egg-based seasonal trivalent split influenza vaccine entirely produced in Brazil for the 2013 campaign. This was the first successful technological transfer completed in Brazil between Sanofi-Pasteur and the Butantan Institute [27][28].
