Abstract:We present the case of a 49-year-old woman who developed gradual left hip pain, both mechanically and at rest. She was subsequently evaluated for the presence of a large, atypical, anterior inferomedial paralabral cyst in addition to the conventional features of hip femoroacetabular impingement.
