The blood brain barrier and neuropsychiatric lupus: new perspectives in light of advances in understanding the neuroimmune interface

Abstract: Experts have previously postulated a linkage between lupus associated vascular pathology and abnormal brain barriers in the immunopathogenesis of neuropsychiatric lupus.
