Abstract:Orthonairovirus hazaraense
is a member of the
Orthonairovirus
genus of the
Nairoviridae
that contains tri-segmented negative-strand RNA genomes with bipartite promoters for RNA synthesis. These promoters contain both virus-specific and segment-specific elements, the latter of which is apparently distinguished only by its ability to form a short double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) between the two ends of each genome segment as they emerge from the viral polyme… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
